2012 - Tahun Aku Kembali

Januari 2009 - Januari 2012... Tiga tahun yang kini sudahpun berakhir... Macam terlambat je tulis post ni, ni dah nak masuk Mei 2012 dah ni hahahaha

Bukan apa, amik masa untuk menilai kebangkitan menjadi 'diri aku' kembali jer... Well... everything is getting better and better... Semakin sihat, semakin happy, semakin terurus, kerja semakin up dan up dan up...

Five patents in four months, personal record so far :D

Yang ni walaupun namanya Bukit Tinggi, tapi naik dengan kereta la hahaha

Alamak, asalnya nak tulis pendek je, camana boleh ter'upload' gambar2 lak ni? Malas la nak buang balik... biar kan ajer...

Ramai orang tanya, camana aku boleh kurus... diet? gym? hahaha tak main la diet or gym...
Makan tetap makan, cuma aku ubah makanan jer. Kurangkan daging, ganti dengan ikan & telur. Nasi lemak wajib pagi2 hahaha... Pastu pagi2 & malam2, wat exercise sikit2 kat rumah. Alaa... stretching sikit2, tambah sikit push ups, sit ups... Insya Allah jadi la... kat rumah je pun, sambil pakai towel pun bole buat kan? kan? kan? Yang paling penting.... stress adalah punca obesiti, jangan tensen-tensen...

Install Gimp 2.8 Beta on Your Precise Pangolin or Oneiric Ocelot

Good news open-sorcerers!  Our favorite image manipulation program, GIMP had release 2.8 beta! If you are still using the version bundled with your Precise or Oneiric, which is the 2.6 version, or you've upgraded to the later 2.7 version, now it's time to move on... And it's still beta though...

As with GIMP 2.7, this latest release candidate came with Single Windows Mode (phewww), and... the experimental GEGL tool is available for those who are too impatient to wait for a stable version



So yeah, it's worth a try... for those who don't care whether it is alpha, beta or stable...

For Precise Pangolin:

• sudo add-apt-repository ppa:otto-kesselgulasch/gimp
• sudo apt-get update
• sudo apt-get install gimp

For Oneiric Ocelot:

• sudo apt-get install libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0
• sudo add-apt-repository ppa:otto-kesselgulasch/gimp
• sudo apt-get update
• sudo apt-get upgrade
• sudo apt-get install gimp

For re- synthetizer:

• sudo apt-get install gimp-resynthesizer

If Google was Invented in the 80's

I always wonder how Internet feels like in the early years. Coming from a rural village, I never get a taste of Internet until my mid-teens, when ADSL is already nationwide, and broadband is emerging. So I never experience the days of old DSL, let alone dial-ups.

Wider downstream data pipes means more media can be downloaded to users' machine, in other words the world wide web I was introduced to was already full of images.

Hence I really love the idea created by the fellas at mass:werk, where you can experience Google as if it's still 1980's!
