I can just just drive by and park near anyone's house or office, hack into their 'secured' Wi-Fis, steal their SIDs and take over their e-mails and Facebook accounts. I can even hijack their online banking transaction. I can use it for my personal gains, or to destroy the lives of those I hate... Yes, I really can
Guess what? I didn't...
Instead, I keep teaching people how to make their Internet lives more secured. I keep showing them a safer way to do things...
Yet, again and again, I've been accused of hacking this and that. Just because I know a little bit of hacking, that doesn't mean I am the culprit...
So, here's a piece of friendly advice:
- Learn how to secure your Wi-Fi networks.
- Learn how to secure your browsers
- Learn how to secure your passwords
- Don't just use any blog plug-ins/scripts or Facebook apps
- Don't just open any e-mails
- Stop blaming everything on anyone else
- Wake up... the Internet is not a secured place
