Give me something that I can rely
Give me the stars, not the firefly

Hand me on a plate that I can bear
Hand me the answer to this nightmare
Hand me the portion that I share

Tell me what's wrong with this picture
Tell me why black just became blacker
Tell me what crushed the amber
Tell me why I suffocate in my chamber

Deceive gives no comfort
But spread the ill
Truth might hurt

Genius = Gila

Jika kita bertanya kepada mana-mana individu, namakan dua ahli fizik terhebat di abad 20, pasti kesemuanya akan menamakan Albert Einstein sebagai orang pertama atau kedua. Satu lagi nama mungkin adalah Hawking, Feynman, Rutherford, Kaku, Piccard, Planck dan lain-lain.

Nah, namakan pula 5 ahli sains zaman kuno. Hampir semua akan memasukkan Archimedes ke dalam senarai.

Ahli sains sepanjang zaman? Siapa yang tidak kenal Leonardo Da Vinci? Siapa yang tidak kenal Isaac Newton? Hampir mustahil untuk sesiapa mengenali nama-nama saintis terkenal tanpa mengenali nama-nama ini.

Einstein, Archimedes, Da Vinci, Newton dan beberapa nama lagi adalah contoh minda-minda gila yang bijak dalam mentafsir dan dan memahami alam ini. Kegilaan mereka dalam mencari ilmu membuahkan seribu satu pengetahuan  untuk kita kecapi hari ini...

Segila manakah mereka dalam menjalankan kajian? Ooops... sebenarnya aku tengah menulis artikel pendek tentang genius-genius gila ni. Menulis di masa lapang, lambat sedikit akan siap. Tambahan pula nak membaca rujukan-rujukan yang bersepah di Internet... So, nantikan je la kemunculannya....

When you lost your light
And your world so dark
You were in sadness and fright
Wasn't it me who sat beside?

When you entered the wrong aisle
Joy now you knew it wasn't real
You were blinded which is vital
Wasn't it me that you strangled?


When you decided to live on lies
You inflicted pain lows and highs
Bleeding at the end of your very knives
Wasn't it me who still gave you smiles?


After all those pain and fear
Isn't it me who's still here?

And now you found your way forward
Isn't it me you just slaughtered?

Thus why Deceive?




How simple it is to make believe

Yet there is no relieve

When you are bereaved

The very end to achieve

All the tricks up your sleeve

When in the moment of breve

The truth is there to retrieve

But sadly in that grieve

By the darkest of the eve

That what you perceive

Only the shortest of reprieve

How can it be so naive

Of the lies that are cleaved

They only paint to peeve

To those who receive

And those who conceive

Wound would not leave

For words are too much to heave

Thus why deceive?

Beacon of Nowhere



Trailing the beacon of nowhere
Disoriented by the broken hull
The light that must be somewhere
Turned out void
Offering null

The song of the gull
And rhythm of the sea
Was is all just a dream
Or is real
But ceased to be

By the sight of the beacon
By the sight of the land
By the sight of the hope
To end this strand of the beaten
To step onto where trust withstand
To knot by the end of the rope

The beam and its ambience
Forsaken the retreat to the silence
And the beacon of nowhere
Deceptively shines when eyes stare
